Professional Translations

Sharing ideas using a second language

How do you feel when you can ask for food, or service in a different country where a different language is spoken?
How does it make you feel when you connect with people from other countries and cultures?

That warmth of happiness and joy is translated to business as collaboration and strong ties that build better businesses, create opportunities and reach people. That is our goal; to help you achieve that connection through clear communication.

We have built our professional translation process around the best practices that experience has given us.

To effectively communicate in the target language, it is necessary to fully comprehend what is being read in the source language.  The first step to the translation process is to read the content completely and conceptualize its meaning beyond the literal sense of its words.

For this crucial part of the process, our team is made up of professionals with broad skills as well as experience in business, health and technology.  We seek to remain loyal to the author’s spirit and the purpose of his message.  This thorough task requires the use of formal translation techniques and advanced technological tools.  We use SDL TRADOS Studio.

After the translator has done a clean job in expressing the same meaning of a text in a different language, but he or she is overloaded with reading the same subject several times, our editors take charge.  In editing our goal is to make sure the translator grasped the feeling of the content and was able to transmit it accordingly in the target language. Our team of editors is made up of linguists with a wide knowledge about different topics and cultures, too.

No formal content can be considered well translated, or well written for that matter, if it has grammatical problems.  Our proofreaders check grammar, spelling, syntax, punctuation, and consistency.  If we encounter a typo or a misspelling, we must correct them, otherwise they can create confusion in the meaning or make a negative impression on the readers. We use Xbench Quality Assurance (QA) tool.
